Marc D. Padellaro graduated from Boston College in 1980, majoring in both history and economics. Following college, Marc attended Boston College Law School and graduated in 1983.
During law school, Marc clerked at two Boston law firms, Sloane & Walsh and Avery, Dooley, Post & Avery. The firms’ practice concentrated on civil litigation.
Upon graduation, Marc became employed with Avery, Dooley, Post & Avery in Boston from 1983 to 1987. The firm’s practice continued to be concentrated in civil litigation. However, Marc augmented that core practice with criminal defense and real estate.
In 1987, Marc and Joseph W. Monahan, III, elected to form their own firm and established their practice at 43 Thorndike Street in Cambridge. Marc continues to practice civil litigation, real estate law and criminal defense. The areas of practice have expanded to include the representation of businesses and business litigation.
